What is an Edgeical program like?
All programs from Edgeical are highly interactive weaved into a story through 3D animation. Usually, after a lesson there will be an expert guiding you through the concept, for you to reaffirm what you have learnt. The video tutorial is interspersed with interactive quizzes, you can try them as many times as you like. At the end of the video, there is a certification quiz and assignment that you will need to take. Post this begins your 1-2 week Magical Practice phase (not applicable for programs taken via free coupons) where you can seek on-call support from our experts over Friendline. Once you are through with the practice phase, you will receive your certification that you can share on portals such as Linkedin.
What do I get post enrollment?
Upon enrolment, you receive the access to the online course that you can avail within 30 days, from the convenience of your home or elsewhere. You also get post-course support of up to 2 weeks, where we help you improve as well as keep track of your performance and imbibe learnt behaviours.
How long are the programs?
Typically, the interactive video tutorial in each program would range from 45-60 minutes (including the certification quiz and assignment). You are advised to complete the program in a single sitting. Post this the Magical Practice phase would range from 1-2 weeks depending on the program you have opted for.
I am not able to pause/forward the program while learning. How can I enable that?
The program is designed in a way that you get each concept thoroughly before you proceed to another unit. You do not have the option to skip or forward a video unit while it is playing. Pay full attention to the concept, even if you feel you already know it; this will help you brush up your skills.
I am seeing a button saying 'Incomplete' at the bottom of the screen while taking the program. What do I do?
The program is divided into several units. Each unit unless fully completed will show as incomplete. And unless you complete a particular unit, you will not be able to move forward. While you are taking the program, please ignore this button. Once you are through with a particular unit the same button will change to 'Complete & Continue'.
I have already completed my certification. However I want to go through my program again, how can I do so?
Each one of our programs are valid for 30 days from the date of enrollment. While going through the programs, you are given the choice to revise each concept. If you wish to re-learn the entire program after completing the certification, please write to us at support@edgeical.com with the reason for revision. Our team will evaluate your request and reset the progress if need be. Please note that your certification grades will not be revised in this case.
I have left my program incomplete. How do I resume it again?
It is advised that you complete your program at a stretch as soon as you enroll. However if you have not been able to complete it, please LOG IN to the website with your valid email id and password used at the time of enrollment. Go to MY PROGRAMS section from the menu and click the play button on the program you wish to resume. In most cases, you will be able to resume the course from where you left. Sometimes, you may have to restart from the beginning in case third-party cookies have not collected your data due to some privacy setting issues.
I have a query regarding one of the concepts in the program. How do I get it resolved?
Our counsellors are available for resolving your queries at scheduled timings; even in case you have not opted for 'FriendLine' helpline. The program is not loading properly on my iphone/Oppo/Vivo phone.
This issue occurs due to the defalut Privacy Settings on your phone. In case you are using Apple Mac/iPad/iPhone/Oppo/Vivo phones please go to Settings ---> Safari. Now uncheck or enable: 1) Prevent Cross-Site Tracking and 2) Block All Cookies. If you are facing this issue in any other phone, please ensure you have enabled All Cookies. Our programs are supported in all latest browsers. Google Chrome browser is known to give the best user experience.
How will I be assessed?
Upon successful completion of the Magical Practice phase, our experts will evaluate your performance in the Quiz, Assignment and the Magical Practice. This would typically take 48 hours. As soon as the evaluation is complete, you will receive an email notification with your certification. You can simply log in to your account on the website and share with your Linkedin network.
How do I download my Edgeical certificate?
Once you have been certified, please log in a visit My Certification page, you will be able to download your certificate. You also have an option to share it with your Linkedin network.

There may be times when you have hit a stumbling block while implementing the new skills you have acquired and you need some advice to overcome it. Our FriendLine™ program gives you access to experts in the field during your Magical Practice phase. Twice during this time, you can schedule a call to discuss any challenges you may be facing.

With MyCoach™, a thriving, impactful mentoring program is now within your reach. Hone your skills not just with the support of our experts but also involve your immediate supervisors or colleagues in the process. Built with the aim of sustained commitment to guide you through your challenges, we seek feedback from them during the Magical Practice phase and help you improve your performance.
